      How many contacts can you Autodial at a time?

      In FreJun, you can add up to 500 contacts to the Autodialer at a time.

      • Sequential Dialling: The Autodialer dials each contact one after another from your uploaded list.

      • Automatic Progression: Once a call ends or is unanswered, the system automatically moves to the next contact.

      • Agent Connection: Only answered calls are connected to available agents, ensuring efficient use of time.

      If you have more than 500 contacts, you can:

      • Create Multiple Lists: Divide your contacts into batches of 500 and upload them separately.
