How long does it take for calls to appear in Gong?

After a call ends in FreJun, it is automatically synced to Gong shortly afterward.

In most cases, calls appear in Gong within a few seconds of completion.

However, sync time may vary depending on:

• Call recording processing time

• Network conditions

• Gong’s internal processing queue

If a call does not appear immediately, we recommend waiting a few minutes and refreshing the Gong dashboard.
