How does the mobile number procurement process work?

We follow a structured and transparent process to ensure the smooth procurement and activation of mobile numbers while fully complying with regulatory and KYC requirements. The process from request initiation to number activation is outlined below: 

  1. Request Submission
    The end user submits a request for the required mobile numbers. 
  1. Details Collection
    A standard Excel template is shared to collect the necessary information and identity proof, including the end user’s contact and KYC details. 
  1. Submission to Service Provider
    Upon receiving the completed details, we forward them to the respective telecom service provider. 
  1. KYC Verification
    The service provider conducts the KYC verification by validating the submitted details, which may include direct communication with the end user. 
  1. Number Allocation
    Once the KYC process is successfully completed and approved, the mobile numbers are allocated and activated for the end user.
