How do I upgrade from a USD trial to a USD paid account?

 

Step 1: Click on Upgrade

Once logged in, you’ll see a notification at the top indicating that your trial has ended. Click the "Upgrade" button.


Step 2: Choose a Plan

Select the plan that suits your needs — either Standard ($16) or Professional ($19) — and click "Upgrade."


Step 3: Enter Billing Details

Fill in your company name, address, number of licenses, and select "Remove number" under Keep/remove trial virtual number. Click Continue to proceed to the payment gateway.

Please ensure international transactions are enabled on your card for the payment to go through successfully.

Once the payment is completed, our onboarding team will promptly assign your virtual number and complete your setup.
