How do I purchase virtual number (VN) add-ons?

Prerequisites: 

• Your FreJun account must be Active. 

• You must have Billing and Subscription permissions. 

To purchase VN add-ons, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to the FreJun web app. 

1. Go to Virtual Numbers → Add Number. 

1. Enter the required details and click Next. 

1. Specify the quantity and choose a payment method (Credits or Card). 

1. Complete the payment to finalize the purchase. 

Rules and Behavior 

Availability and pricing validation: 

• If the selected location and number type are unavailable or pricing is missing, the Next button is disabled. 

• A “Contact support” message is displayed in such cases. 

• For INR currency plans, only Indian virtual numbers can be purchased. 

Quantity control: 

• You can select only up to the maximum available quantity. 

• Once the limit is reached, the “+” control is disabled. 

• A tooltip prompts you to contact support for additional numbers. 

Paying with card: 

• You are redirected to a secure payment page. 

• After successful payment, VN add-ons are created. 

• The Zoho Billing invoice status updates to Paid. 

Notifications: After a successful purchase, FreJun sends an email with VN purchase details to the Operations team.
