How to Edit a User’s Details in FreJun?

Managing your team in FreJun is simple and flexible. The platform allows admins to update user information such as names, roles, virtual numbers, and license types without disrupting workflows. Whether you’re promoting an agent to admin, reassigning a number, or enabling add-ons, all changes can be made from one central dashboard.

This guide walks you through the exact steps to edit a user in FreJun. Follow the instructions below to keep your user directory accurate, secure, and aligned with your business requirements.

Managing user information in FreJun is quick and intuitive. Whether you need to update a user's role, name, or assign a new virtual number, you can do so in just a few clicks. Here's how:

Steps to Edit a User:

  1. Navigate to the Users Section:

    • Go to the Users tab from the main dashboard or settings panel.

  2. Hover Over the User’s Row:

    • Find the user whose details you want to edit.

    • Hover your mouse over their row to reveal additional action options.

  3. Click the Three Vertical Dots (⋮):

    • Located on the far right of the row, this icon opens the action menu.

    • Click it and select Edit User from the dropdown.

  4. Modify User Information:
    You’ll now be able to edit the following fields:

    • First Name: Update the user’s first name.

    • Last Name: Change the user’s last name.

    • Role: Assign a new role such as Admin, Agent, Super Admin, etc.

    • Virtual Number: Link or update the virtual number assigned to the user.

    • License Type: Change the user’s license type as per your subscription plan.

    • Add-ons: Enable or disable any feature add-ons assigned to the user.

  5. Click Save:

    • After making the necessary changes, click Save to apply the updates.

Note: Changes take effect immediately and may impact user permissions or accessibility depending on the updates made.
