Managing Teams in FreJun: Edit Team Details, Add or Remove Team Members

FreJun allows you to efficiently manage teams by editing team names and updating user assignments as needed. Follow the steps below to edit an existing team:

Steps to Edit a Team:

  1. Go to the Users and Teams Section:

    • From your dashboard, navigate to the Users and Teams tab.

  2. Hover Over the Team Row:

    • Locate the team you want to edit.

    • Hover over the row to reveal the three-dot menu (⋮) on the far right.

  3. Click on ‘Edit Team’:

    • From the dropdown menu, select Edit Team to open the edit modal.

  4. Make the Required Changes:

    • Change Team Name: Update the team’s name if needed.

    • Assign or Update Users: Add new users to the team or remove/update existing ones using the user selector.

  5. Save Changes:

    • Click Save to apply your changes.

    • The team information will be updated immediately across your organization.
