FreJun makes it simple to assign contacts to specific users or teams, ensuring the right person calls the right lead at the right time. Whether you’re handling inbound leads or outbound campaigns, contact assignment helps improve accountability, response time, and conversion rates.

With FreJun, you can assign contacts individually or in bulk directly from the Contact List. This guide walks you through the step-by-step process to assign, unassign, or manage multiple contacts efficiently—all without manual effort.

FreJun allows you to easily assign contacts to users or campaigns either individually or in bulk. Here’s how you can manage contact assignments:

To Assign a Single Contact:

  • Go to your Contact List tab.

  • Tick the checkbox next to the specific contact you want to assign.

To Assign All Contacts in the List:

  1. Tick the checkbox in the header row (beside “Contact”) to select all visible contacts on the page.

  2. A message like “10 contacts selected” (or based on your list view) will appear.

  3. Click on this message to bring up an option to Select All Contacts in the entire list, not just the current page.

After Selecting Contacts, You’ll See Options Appear:

  • Clear Selection – Deselect all selected contacts.

  • Assign – Assign the selected contacts to a specific user or team.

  • Unassign – Remove any previous assignments from the selected contacts.
