How can I send a survey during a call in FreJun?

You can send a survey during an outbound call using the Web App Dialer, Mobile App, or Chrome Extension.

Once the call is answered, you will see a "Send Survey" option on your screen. Click on it, select the desired survey from the list, and send it to the customer before ending the call.

The customer will then receive the survey and their responses will be logged automatically in the Surveys section.
