How can I get call analytics of a user?

Call analytics are available only to the admin and Super admin of the account. 

How to Get Team Call Analytics in FreJun

1. Log in to Your FreJun Admin Dashboard

  • Go to https://frejun.com and sign in using an admin account with analytics access.

  • You will be directed to the dashboard showing various insights.

    Typical metrics available include:

    • Total Calls Made/Received

    • Average Call Duration

    • Call Volume by Day/Hour

    • Call Outcome Stats (answered, unanswered, rejected)

  • Apply Filters for Team or Individual Data

    • Use filters to narrow down your view by:

      • User

      • Date range

  • Click on the Download button on the top right.

Your call analytics will be downloaded on the basis of filters applied.
