How can I disable email alerts for client-side errors?

Learn how to stop organization-wide client-side error email notifications in FreJun by submitting a simple support request.

Client-side error email alerts in FreJun are designed to notify teams about issues that occur on the user’s browser or device. However, if your organization no longer requires these notifications, FreJun allows you to disable them at the organization level.

Disabling these alerts helps reduce inbox clutter and ensures your teams only receive the most relevant system notifications. This setting applies globally to all users in your organization and must be requested through FreJun support.

If your organization no longer wants to receive Clientside Error Emails, you can request FreJun to disable them. This change will apply to all users across your organization.

How to Make the Request

Please send an email to support@frejun.com from an authorized point of contact within your organization.

Make sure your email includes:

  • Your organization name

  • A clear confirmation that this request applies to all users in your organization.

Important Note: Once disabled, no users in your organization will receive these emails. Individual user opt-outs are not supported at this time.
