Managing your FreJun account is simple and flexible. Whether your team is growing or you need to onboard new agents, you can quickly purchase additional licenses and invite users directly from the dashboard. All charges are automatically prorated based on your current billing cycle, ensuring you only pay for what you use.
This guide walks you through the complete process—from buying extra licenses to adding team members with the right permissions. Follow the steps below to scale your calling operations without any interruptions.
🔐 Purchasing a License
To purchase a license, follow these steps:
- Go to the Billing tab
- Click on "Manage Licenses"
- Enter the number of licenses you wish to add
- Click on "Update License"
Note: Charges will be prorated based on your billing cycle.
👥 Adding Users
To add a new user,
- Go to "Users and Teams"
- Click on "Users"
- Click on "Invite Users" and fill in the required details
