With a simple per-user subscription model, FreJun combines powerful calling features, CRM integrations, call analytics, and AI insights—making it easy to scale your business communication in the UAE.

Subscription Model

FreJun operates on a per-user, per-month subscription model.

We offer two plans:

  • Standard Plan: $29.99 USD/user/month
  • Pro Plan: $34.99 USD/user/month

Standard Plan Features

  • Unlimited call recordings storage (up to 2 years)
  • Call activity dashboard.
  • Call notes (via Chrome extension, mobile app, or dial pad)
  • Customizable reports (for super admins/admins)
  • Call Reason and Call Outcome tracking
  • Call history & filters (web and mobile)
  • Daily scheduled email reports
  • Click-to-call via Chrome extension
  • Mobile app for calls and call logs

Pro Plan Features

Includes all Standard Plan features, plus:

Calling Credits

Each user receives $5 USD of calling credits every month. Outgoing calls are billed per minute and are deducted from these credits.

Number Rental & Setup

  • UAE Number Rental: $100 USD per number/month
  • One-time Setup Fee: $20 USD

Per Minute Pricing:

  • Outgoing Calls (UAE to UAE): $0.20 USD/min
  • Incoming Calls: $0.03 USD/min

Add-ons

  • Auto-Dialer: $7 USD per user per month.

AI Insights (includes call transcript and summary): $0.01 USD per minute.
