The Dashboard feature in FreJun provides an easy-to-use interface for users and owners to view detailed analytics about their call activity. This feature allows users to track incoming calls, outgoing calls, missed calls, unique calls, total call duration, and average call duration, all within a customizable date range.
The Dashboard is designed to show different data views based on user roles:
- Users can view their own call data.
- Owners can view call data for all users under them, giving them an overview of the entire team's performance.
Key Features
- Default Date Range: The default date range for the dashboard is set to 1 day. The data will be displayed based on this range unless a custom date range is selected.
- Analytics Displayed:
- Incoming Calls: Total number of incoming calls made by the user(s).
- Outgoing Calls: Total number of outgoing calls made by the user(s).
- Missed Calls: Total number of calls missed by the user(s).
- Unique Calls: Number of unique calls (calls with different contacts).
- Total Duration: Total time spent on calls by the user(s).
- Average Duration: The average call duration for the user(s).
User vs. Owner Dashboard Views
- User Dashboard:
- Displays only the data related to the specific user based on the selected date range.
- Owner Dashboard:
- Displays data for all users under the owner based on the selected date range.
- Owners can view team-wide analytics, making it easier to manage and track performance at scale.
Custom Columns (Available on Professional Plan)
The Professional Plan provides the ability to create custom columns in the dashboard for deeper insights. Standard Plan users are unable to create custom columns. By default, the following columns are shown:
- User (Email): Displays the email addresses of the users.
- Calls: Shows the number of calls made by the user(s).
- Minutes: Displays the total call duration in minutes.
Available Custom Columns:
To create a custom column:
- Click on Add Column.
- Provide a valid name for the column.
- Select the data type you wish to include. The available custom columns are:
- Total Duration: Displays the total call duration for all users based on the selected date range.
- Average Duration: Displays the average call duration for all users based on the selected date range.
- Number of Calls: Displays the total number of calls (incoming and/or outgoing) made by all users, depending on the selected date range.
- Assigned Contacts: Displays the number of contacts assigned to the user(s).
- Last Activity: Displays the last activity timestamp for the user (e.g., when the user last logged out).
- Live Status: Displays whether the user is "On a Call" or "Available". If the user is on a call, the status will show "On a Call"; if the user is not on a call, it will show "Available".
Filters in the Dashboard
The Dashboard offers multiple filters to help you focus on the data you need:
- Teams: This filter allows you to select a team and view the data specific to that team. It will fetch the data for all users in the selected team.
- Users: By selecting a specific user, the dashboard will display data only for that user based on the given date range.
- List: This filter allows you to view data based on a specific contact list and the date range.
Date Range Options
Users and owners can select a custom date range or use predefined options to filter data:
- Custom: Users can set their own custom date range for more specific data analysis.
- Today: View data for the current day.
- Yesterday: View data for the previous day.
- This Week: View data for the current week.
- Last Week: View data for the previous week.
- This Month: View data for the current month.
- Last Month: View data for the previous month.
- This Year: View data for the current year.
- Last Year: View data for the previous year.
Exporting the Dashboard Report
FreJun allows you to export the Dashboard data for further analysis or record-keeping. To download the report:
- Click the Download Report button.
- The report will be saved to your local storage in a format that you can open and analyze further.
