Does each user need to connect their own account for the FreJun-Zoho integration?
Yes, every user must establish an individual connection for the FreJun-Zoho integration to function correctly.
Steps for setup:

Install the FreJun app:

Open Zoho Marketplace

Search for FreJun

Click Install and follow the on-screen instructions

Authenticate via PhoneBridge:

Log into your FreJun account

Navigate to Settings > Integrations

Select Zoho PhoneBridge

Click Connect Zoho and complete the authorization process.
