Can I replace or swap Virtual Numbers (DIDs) purchased for Non-India use?

However, please note that Virtual Numbers (Direct Inward Dialing - DIDs) procured for Non-India use—specifically those acquired from Singapore, Australia (AUS), and New Zealand—are subject to strict regulatory and operational restrictions.
As such, once these virtual numbers are assigned to a customer account, they are considered permanently allocated and cannot be replaced, swapped, transferred, or removed. This policy ensures compliance with local telecommunications regulations and helps maintain the integrity and security of number assignments.
