FreJun allows the account owner to fully customize call tracking by creating their own call reasons, outcomes, and tags . Specifically, you can define up to 10 custom call reasons, up to 15 custom call outcomes, and add as many custom tags as needed to organize and analyze calls according to your business workflow .

Absolutely. As the account owner, you have full control to create:

  • Your own call reasons (up to 10)

  • Your own call outcomes (up to 15)

  • Unlimited custom tags
