To request a new virtual number on FreJun, follow these steps:

Steps to Add a Virtual Number

  1. Log in to your FreJun account.
  2. Go to Virtual Numbers on the left-hand panel.
  3. Click Add Numbers (top-left).

  4. Select your desired country and number type (local / toll-free / mobile).
  5. Proceed with the purchase

What Happens Next

Once you proceed with the purchase, our Operations Numbering Team (numbering@frejun.com) automatically receives a notification of your request. They will review the details and take your request forward for number assignment.

If your account requires KYB (Know Your Business) verification, number assignment will be completed only after this verification is successfully done.
