Can a single Virtual Number Be Used by Multiple Users Within the Same Organisation in FreJun?

Easily assign a single FreJun virtual number to multiple team members for seamless communication across your organization.

Managing communication in teams can be challenging, especially when multiple members need to use the same contact number. FreJun allows a single virtual number to be shared across multiple users within the same organization, ensuring streamlined call management for sales, support, and other departments.

With just a few clicks, admins or account owners can assign virtual numbers to multiple users. This setup helps teams maintain consistency, track calls efficiently, and provide better service to clients without the need for multiple numbers.

These changes can only be made by the Owner or an Admin of the FreJun account. 

  • Log in to your FreJun account.
  • Go to the “Virtual Number” tab from the left-hand menu.

  • Select the virtual number you want to assign to multiple users.

  • Click on the “Outgoing Calls” section.

  • Hit the “Add Users” button.

  • Select all the users you want to assign this number to.

  • Once done, click Save.

Ask the users you've added to refresh their FreJun dashboard and Chrome extension to see the updated virtual number assignment on the dialer.
