Can a single Virtual Number Be Used by Multiple Users Within the Same Organisation in FreJun?

Yes, a single virtual number can be shared by multiple users within the same organisation in FreJun. This setup is especially useful for teams like sales or support, where multiple team members need to make or receive calls using a common number.

These changes can only be made by the Owner or an Admin of the FreJun account. 

  • Log in to your FreJun account.
  • Go to the “Virtual Number” tab from the left-hand menu.

  • Select the virtual number you want to assign to multiple users.

  • Click on the “Outgoing Calls” section.

  • Hit the “Add Users” button.

  • Select all the users you want to assign this number to.

  • Once done, click Save.

Ask the users you've added to refresh their FreJun dashboard and Chrome extension to see the updated virtual number assignment on the dialer.
