Audio Disruptions during Network-Based Calling

Voice issues during calls may arise due to mobile network disruptions, affecting FreJun's network-based calling that relies on phone networks. These intermittent issues are beyond FreJun's control, as they depend upon external mobile network quality.

Temporary Fixes
  • Refresh Mobile Network

    • Enable Flight Mode on your mobile device, wait a few seconds, and then disable it.
    • This refreshes the connection to the mobile network and can resolve minor disruptions.
  • Change the Connected-to Number

    • Navigate to the Calling page under Settings in your FreJun account.
    • Update the "connected-to" number and make a test call.
    • If the voice quality improves and the fluctuations stop, the issue lies with the previously connected mobile number’s network.

    Permanent Resolution:

Consider switching to browser-based calling by contacting our chat support for access. This provides a more stable communication solution.

Note:  The network-based calling type uses the phone network to connect calls. Due to inconsistencies in the mobile network or any other errors, users might face temporary issues when making or receiving calls when using FreJun. These issues are inconsistent and happen once in a while. Please note that is beyond FreJun's control to make any improvements. Therefore, we suggest our users switch to browser-based calling for a permanent resolution and better calling experience.

If the issue persists, contact us at the FreJun chat support or at support@frejun.com.
