Are all users’ calls synced to Gong by default?
Yes — once the integration between FreJun and Gong is connected, call syncing is enabled for all users by default.
However, admins have full control to manage syncing at the individual user level. This allows you to choose exactly which team members should have their calls uploaded to Gong.
Follow these steps:

Log in to FreJun as an Admin

Go to Settings → Integrations

Locate Gong and click the Customization icon

You’ll see a list of all users in your organization

Toggle call sync ON or OFF for each user as needed

Changes apply immediately for all new calls
Important notes

Only users with sync enabled will have their calls uploaded to Gong

Users must belong to the same Gong account

Email addresses must match exactly in both FreJun and Gong for proper user mapping
If a user’s email does not match, their calls will not sync successfully.
