Audio disruptions during browser-based calls.

Audio disruptions are encountered due to an unstable internet connectivity. In order to be able to make disruption free calls it is important for an user to ensure a stable internet connection.

Steps for troubleshooting:

  1. Test Your Internet Stability

    • Visit: https://test.vsee.com/network/index.html

    • Run the test for at least 5 minutes.

    • Observe the Call Quality Prediction graph:

      • It should range from Fair to Excellent for optimal performance.

      • As shown in the image below (if applicable), fluctuations between Good and Bad indicate an unstable connection.

  2. Use Quality Audio Equipment

    • Always use noise-canceling headphones or earphones during calls for better sound clarity and to minimize background noise.

  3. Verify Receiver’s Connectivity

    • Ensure that the person you're calling also has a stable internet or network connection. Poor quality on the receiver’s end can affect the overall call experience.
