Audio disruptions during browser-based calls.

Audio disruptions are encountered due to an unstable internet connectivity. In order to be able to make disruption free calls it is important for an user to ensure a stable internet connection.

Steps for troubleshooting:

  1. Ensure a stable internet connection in your system by checking its stability through this link: https://test.vsee.com/network/index.html (Run the test for at least 5 minutes).  
    (As visible in the below image, the network strength went from good to bad. This test helps you understand how stable your network is, ranging from bad-excellent. The "call quality prediction"  graph ought to be ranging in between fair to excellent for a good calling experience using FreJun.)

  2. Use noise-canceling headphones or earphones during the call.

  3.  Check the internet or network connection on the receiver's end.
