There are two types of calling services we offer :- 1. Network Based Calling 2. Browser Based Calling
1. In case of ringing is not audible while making network-based calling.
Temporary Fix:
- Toggle airplane mode on and off on your mobile device.
- Change the connected-to number in the Calling under the Setting option in the FreJun account. If the call connects with the new number, it indicates a mobile network error with the previous number.
Permanent Resolution:
Consider switching to browser-based calling by contacting our chat support for access. This provides a more stable communication solution.
Note: In network-based calling, FreJun's users use their mobile network to make or receive calls. Due to inconsistencies in the mobile network or any other errors, users might face temporary issues when making or receiving calls when using FreJun. These issues are inconsistent and happen once in a while. Please note this is beyond FreJun's control to make any improvements. Therefore, we suggest our users switch to browser-based calling for a permanent resolution and better calling experience.
2. In case of ringing is not audible while making browser-based calling.
Steps for troubleshooting:
- Ensure a stable internet connection in your system by checking its stability through this link: https://test.vsee.com/network/index.html (Run the test for at least 5 minutes).
(As visible in the below image, the network strength went from good to bad. This test helps you understand how stable your network is, ranging from bad-excellent. The "call quality prediction" graph ought to be ranging in between fair to excellent for a good calling experience using FreJun.)
2. Make sure that you are using the updated chrome extension
3. Remove the chrome extension and reinstall the FreJun Chrome extension from the web app. Please refer to the Youtube video attached below for better understanding.
