What type of call data is logged in Microsoft Dynamics 365?
- Call details such as tags, reason, outcome, notes, and recording links are logged in Dynamics 365.
- Call recordings and transcripts are stored in the Timeline of the specific lead.
- Call logs, recordings, and transcripts are also included in the Opportunities section.
- Note: This integration is not bidirectional—only changes made in FreJun will be reflected in Dynamics, but changes made in Dynamics will not be reflected in FreJun.
