What to Do If You See "No Active License Found" While Logging In?

Seeing a "No Active License Found" message typically means your account doesn't have an active plan/license assigned. Here’s how to resolve it based on your user status:

If You’re a New User:

If you’ve just signed up, your account won’t be activated until a license or trial is assigned.
Please reach out to sales@frejun.com with your use case and requirements.
Our team will assist you with activating a trial or purchasing a plan.

If You’re an Existing User:

Check with your Owner/Admin to confirm whether a license has been assigned to your account.

  • The Owner can go to:
    Users and Team > Users > License column to verify license status.

If no license is assigned, kindly request the Owner/Admin to assign one to your account via Users and Team > Users > three dots > Edit > Add License> Save
