Mandatory Fields in the CSV File:

• Name
  The full name of the contact. This helps in personalizing calls and messages.

• Phone Number
  The primary contact number you intend to dial or message.

• Country Code
  Include the correct country code (e.g., +91 for India, +1 for USA) to ensure successful call routing.

Important Note:

Make sure your file structure matches the format provided in the sample CSV file.
Uploading a file that doesn’t follow the correct format may result in errors or skipped entries.
