What Information Should the Contact List Include?
To ensure a smooth upload and accurate functionality, your contact list should include the following essential fields:
Mandatory Fields in the CSV File:

Name
The full name of the contact. This helps in personalizing calls and messages. -
Phone Number
The primary contact number you intend to dial or message. -
Country Code
Include the correct country code (e.g., +91 for India, +1 for USA) to ensure successful call routing.
Important Note:
Make sure your file structure matches the format provided in the sample CSV file.
Uploading a file that doesn’t follow the correct format may result in errors or skipped entries.
