Understanding the Dashboard in FreJun

FreJun Dashboard helps users monitor call activity. This includes detailed metrics, filters, and customization options to track effectively.

1. Call Volume Overview

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a number of total calls:

  • Incoming Calls

  • Outgoing Calls

  • Missed Calls

  • Unique Calls
  • Total call duration

  • Average call duration

This gives you a quick glance at the number of calls for the selected time period and user.

2. Filters

Use filters to narrow down analytics:

  • By Team Member/User

  • By time

These help you drill down into specific performance metrics.

3. List of Users & Call Counts

Below the analytics summary, you’ll find a detailed list of users:

  • Each row displays the user’s name 

  • Number of calls made

  • You can compare users easily based on volume and activity

  • You can also add columns to this table (covered under Professional Plan)
  • Download the table data and search by the name of the user is also possible.
