How to resolve Incoming Call Issues?

    •  Ensure sufficient credits: Insufficient mobile credits (balance) on your phone can prevent calls from connecting. Make sure you have enough credit or minutes available for calls.

2. Temporary Solution: Connect FreJun Account with a Backup Number: (Jio sim related issues.)

      • If you have a backup number (non-Jio number), To ensure you can receive incoming calls, consider linking your FreJun account with your backup number. This temporary solution allows you to receive calls through an alternative number while the issue is being resolved.
3. Utilize Browser-Based Calling:
      • Explore browser-based calling options: If you are experiencing consistent difficulties with incoming calls, consider utilizing browser-based calling solutions. These platforms allow you to make and receive calls directly through a web browser, bypassing any potential network or device-related issues.
4. Contact Support:
