Call Logging Flow in Microsoft Dynamics 365

 

  • FreJun retrieves numbers from the Phone and Mobile fields in leads.
  • After the call, FreJun posts recording links and transcripts to the corresponding record in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Call recordings and transcripts are logged under the lead's timeline.
  • Calls can be initiated directly from Dynamics using the Click-To-Call feature provided by the FreJun Chrome extension.
  • Call logs, recordings, and transcripts are also included in the Opportunities section.
