Why Does the Receiver See “FreJun” on UAE Number Calls? | UAE Caller ID FAQ

When a call is made from a FreJun UAE number, the receiver sees “FreJun” as the caller name because UAE telecom regulations require the registered service provider’s name to be displayed on the recipient’s device . This is a mandatory regulatory rule that applies to all telecom providers in the UAE and cannot be customized, altered, or removed by FreJun or any other provider .

In accordance with the telecommunications regulations of the United Arab Emirates, the name of the registered service provider must be displayed on the recipient’s device whenever a call is received. Since FreJun is the licensed provider for these UAE numbers, “FreJun” will automatically appear to the receiver. This is a regulatory mandate that applies to all telecom service providers operating within the UAE, and it cannot be altered, customised, or removed by FreJun or any other provider.
