Why Do Calls Fail When Using Multiple Tabs in FreJun? | SIP Conflict FAQ

In FreJun, calls can fail when multiple browser tabs are open with different authentication tokens or softphone instances, as this creates SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) conflicts on the backend. To prevent call failures, it is recommended to limit usage to a single active tab where the softphone is initialized and calls are placed.
