As a user in FreJun, you can easily view and manage the virtual numbers linked to your account. Here’s how you can check your number and set preferences for calling.

Managing your virtual numbers in FreJun is simple and intuitive. Whether you have one or multiple numbers, you can easily view them, set a default number for outgoing calls, and switch numbers as needed. This ensures your communication remains organized and professional.

FreJun provides multiple ways to access and manage your virtual numbers, including the account settings, the FreJun Dialer, and the Chrome Extension. This article guides you step-by-step on how to find your numbers and set preferences for a seamless calling experience.

Where to Find Your Virtual Number:

  1. Log in to your FreJun account.

  2. Go to Settings > Calling.

  3. Under this section, you will find all virtual numbers linked to your account.

Setting a Default Virtual Number:

If you have multiple virtual numbers, calls will automatically go through your default number, unless changed manually.

To set a number as default:

  • Hover over the number.

  • Click on the three dots (⋮).

  • Select “Set as Default for Calling.”

Switching Numbers via Dialer or Chrome Extension:

You can also switch between virtual numbers directly from FreJun Dialer and FreJun Chrome Extension
