Where can I find FreJun calls in Gong?

After the integration between FreJun and Gong is active, all synced calls are available in Gong’s Calls section.

How to access your calls:

1. Log in to Gong

2. Navigate to Calls from the main menu

3. Use search or filters to locate calls by participant, number, or date

Within each call, you can:

• Play call recordings

• View AI-generated insights

• Access transcripts (if enabled in Gong)

• Review call analytics and metrics
