If your uploaded .csv file is not supported in FreJun, it usually means there’s a formatting issue.

Check the File Format

  • Make sure the file is saved as Comma-Separated Values (.csv) — not Excel (.xlsx) or another format.

    • In Excel or Google Sheets:
      Click File > Download > Comma-separated values (.csv)

  • Verify Phone Number Formatting

    • Use the international format with the country code
