# What is Voice Broadcast in FreJun?

## Send a pre-recorded voice message to multiple contacts using automated calls.

Voice Broadcast is a FreJun feature that allows you to send a pre-recorded audio message to a list of contacts through automated outbound calls. When a contact answers the call, they hear your recorded message.

You can use Voice Broadcast to share event reminders, announcements, alerts, promotional messages, or collect responses from your contacts.

### **How Does Voice Broadcast Work?**

1. Prepare a recorded audio message and a list of contacts.
2. Create a Voice Broadcast campaign in your FreJun account.
3. Select whether you want to send a **Voice Message** or a **Questionnaire**.
4. Upload your audio recording and contact list.
5. Choose whether to send the campaign immediately or schedule it for later.
6. Once your campaign passes verification, FreJun places calls to your contacts.
7. View your campaign details to check delivery status and, for questionnaires, contact responses.

### What Are the Types of Voice Broadcast?

#### **1. Voice Message:** A Voice Message plays a pre-recorded audio message when the contact answers the call. **Example:** You can use a Voice Message to remind customers about an upcoming event.

#### **2. Questionnaire:**  A Questionnaire plays an audio message and allows the contact to respond using their phone keypad. **Example:** "Are you attending the event? Press 1 for Yes, 2 for No, and 3 for Maybe." The responses are recorded against the respective contacts in the campaign details.

### **Who Can Use Voice Broadcast?**

Voice Broadcast is a paid add-on available to selected customers. Please contact the FreJun Sales or Support team to check availability and enable it for your account.

**Note:** Voice Broadcast is currently intended for India-to-India calls.
