What details are shown for each call log?

Each row in the call logs table displays the following:

  • Contact: Name/number of the person contacted
  • Contacted On: Date & Time of the call
  • User: Who placed the call
  • Virtual Number: The VN used for the call
  • Team: Team responsible for the call (e.g., Sales, Ops)
  • Duration: Length of the call
  • Cost (INR): If applicable
  • Recording:
    • Shows a “View” button in green. Clicking it lets you listen to the recording.
  • At the top right of the recording page, there’s a “Copy Link” option to share the audio.
  • Call Reason - Various Reasons can be selected from the dropdown list
  • Call Outcome - Various Outcomes can be selected from the dropdown list
  • Call Tags - Various Tags can be selected from the dropdown list
