What data is synced from FreJun to Gong?
When the FreJun–Gong integration is active, every completed call made through FreJun is automatically uploaded to Gong along with essential call details.
For each call, the following information is synced:

Call recording – The full audio file for playback and AI analysis in Gong

Call direction – Whether the call was inbound or outbound

Call duration – Total length of the conversation

Caller and recipient numbers – Phone numbers involved in the call

Call timestamp – Exact date and time the call took place

FreJun user details – Used to map the call to the correct Gong user (based on matching email addresses)
This ensures Gong has complete context for every conversation—making it easy to review calls, access insights, and track performance without any manual data entry.
