Unable to Log In to FreJun? |Troubleshooting Guide|

Login failures usually come down to a form validation glitch, a stray character in the email field, or stale browser data — please complete all steps below, not just the first one that seems relevant. This ensures the issue is fully resolved and does not recur.

Step 1 - Confirm the Login Button Is Active

If the Login button appears disabled or unresponsive, the form may not be registering the password as entered.

  1. Click directly into the Password field
  2. Type (or re-type) the password
  3. Check whether the Login button becomes enabled/clickable

Step 2 - Check for Extra Spaces in the Email Field

A stray space before, after, or in the middle of the email address is a common, easy-to-miss cause of login failures — the field can look correct at a glance but still fail validation.

  1. Click into the Email field
  2. Select all the text (Ctrl+A / Cmd+A) and check for any leading, trailing, or embedded spaces
  3. Delete the field contents and retype the email address manually rather than pasting it, if unsure

Step 3 - Clear Cache and Cookies, Then Log In From a New Tab

Stale cached data or an expired session cookie can silently block login. This issue is often device-specific, so if you have another device available, it's worth testing there too.

  1. Go to Browser Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data
  2. Select Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data
  3. Set the time range to All time and click Clear data
  4. Close the browser completely and reopen it
  5. Open a new tab and attempt to log in again

Step 4 - Try Logging In From Incognito/Private Mode

Incognito mode disables extensions and skips existing cached/cookie data, making it a fast way to isolate whether the issue is tied to your regular browser profile.

  1. Open an Incognito (Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N) or Private window
  2. Log in to FreJun and check whether the issue persists

If login succeeds in Incognito: a browser extension or corrupted local data in your regular profile is the likely cause — clearing cache/cookies (Step 3) or disabling extensions one by one should resolve it.

If login still fails in Incognito: the cause is likely elsewhere — proceed to escalation.

👉 Still Unable to Log In After All Steps?

If login continues to fail after completing every step above, please reach out with the details below — sharing this upfront helps us resolve it faster without additional back-and-forth:

  • Registered email address (confirm there are no extra spaces, as checked in Step 2)
  • Browser and version being used
  • Device/OS being used
  • Whether the issue happens on all devices or one specific device
  • Exact error message shown, if any (screenshot preferred)
