Unable to Complete KYC or Document Verification During FreJun Sign-up? | Troubleshooting Guide
When signing up for a FreJun unrestricted trial, you are required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification step. This is a one-time identity check that unlocks full trial access. If your verification is failing or stuck, follow the steps below in order before reaching out to support.
Step 1 👉 Check the Quality of your Document
The most common reason KYC verification fails is a blurry, low-resolution, or poorly lit document image. The verification system cannot read document details that are not clearly visible.
Before re-uploading, make sure your image meets all of the following:
- The entire document is visible within the frame — no edges cut off
- The image is in focus and not blurry
- There is no glare, shadow, or reflection on the document
- Text on the document is clearly readable
- The image is taken in good lighting — natural or bright indoor light works best
- The document is flat and not folded or bent
Retake the photo and re-upload. If the issue persists, move to Step 2.
Step 2 👉 Try a Different Identity Document
If your image quality is clear but verification is still failing, the document type itself may not be processing correctly. Try uploading a different government-issued ID. FreJun accepts the following:
- PAN Card
- Driving Licence
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport
Use a different document from the one that failed, ensure the image is clear as described in Step 1, and re-attempt the verification.
Step 3 👉 Still Failing? Contact Support for Manual Verification
If you have tried uploading a clear image and a different document and the KYC is still not going through, do not keep retrying. Send your details directly to our support team and we will complete the verification manually from our end.

- A clear photo or scan of your government-issued ID (PAN, Driving Licence, Aadhaar, or Passport)
- A brief note mentioning that KYC verification is failing on your end
