How does data synchronization work between FreJun and Deskera?

FreJun supports one-way sync from FreJun to Deskera. Data such as call logs, recordings, and notes are pushed to Deskera. Changes made in Deskera do not reflect back in FreJun, except for new contact creation (if contact sync is enabled).
