Is manual dialing required in LeadSquared after integrating FreJun?

No. Dialing is fully automated. To make a call: First, select the specific lead you want to contact, then click on "Lead Actions" and choose "Call". FreJun will automatically initiate the call by first calling your virtual number, then connecting you to the lead.
