Manual dialing is not required in LeadSquared after FreJun integration. To call a lead, select it, go to "Lead Actions," and click "Call" FreJun auto-dials your virtual number first, then connects to the lead. Contact support@frejun.com or use Live chat for more help

No. Dialing is fully automated. To make a call: First, select the specific lead you want to contact, then click on "Lead Actions" and choose "Call". FreJun will automatically initiate the call by first calling your virtual number, then connecting you to the lead.
