Introducing FreJun White Glove Services
What are White Glove Services?
White Glove Services is a new premium, hands-on support plan from FreJun. With it, our support team completes routine account tasks on your behalf — for example, adding or managing users, applying configuration changes, and handling other day-to-day administrative requests.
These are tasks that can normally be carried out directly from within your own FreJun account. White Glove Services is for customers who would simply prefer our team to take care of them.
Why we're introducing White Glove ServicesAs FreJun continues to scale and our customer base grows, we've seen a steady rise in requests for our team to perform simple, self-serviceable tasks — things our customers can complete on their own from their account. While we're always glad to help, these requests take up a meaningful share of our support team's time without resolving genuine technical issues, and the cost of delivering this level of hands-on support has continued to climb.
A few principles guided this decision:
- Keeping FreJun affordable for everyone. We have not increased our pricing in quite some time, even though inflation has risen several-fold over the last five to six years. We believe reliable communication technology should remain accessible and affordable to all our customers, and we want to keep it that way.
- Protecting the experience for all customers. At the same time, the additional burden of delivering hands-on, done-for-you support cannot be allowed to affect the quality of service every other customer receives.
- Recovering the cost of premium support. A dedicated premium tier lets us cover the cost of this concierge-style service directly, rather than spreading it across all customers.
- Each service is charged at a flat rate of ₹500 (or $5) per service.
- As these are premium, white glove services, we are unable to offer any discounts or a postpaid option.
Taking all of this into account, we believe White Glove Services is the right way to offer a higher level of hands-on support to customers who want it — while keeping the core experience fast, reliable, and affordable for everyone else.
