How to Transfer a Call in the FreJun Mobile App?

The Call Transfer feature in the FreJun Mobile Dialer App allows you to seamlessly transfer an ongoing call to another team member. This ensures that the right person handles the conversation without disconnecting the customer.

Steps to Transfer a Call

  1. Open the FreJun Mobile Dialer App

  2. Navigate to the Call Logs or Contact List

    • Go to the Call Logs tab or the Contacts tab to initiate a call.

    • You can also dial a number directly using the Dialer tab.

  3. Initiate a Call

    • Place the call to the desired contact or number.

  4. Tap on the Call Transfer Icon

    • Once the call is active, tap the Call Transfer icon on the in-call screen.

  5. Select the Team Member to Transfer the Call

    • A list of available users will appear.

    • Choose the team member to whom you want to transfer the call.

  6. Confirm the Transfer

    • Tap “Transfer Now” to proceed.

    • The call will be immediately transferred to the selected user, and your call will be automatically disconnected.
