How to Sync Call Transcript and AI Insights to HubSpot?

You can automatically sync call transcripts and AI insights from FreJun to your HubSpot account by following the steps below.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Connect HubSpot Integration

  • Log in to your FreJun account.

  • Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

  • Locate HubSpot and complete the connection process (if not already connected).

 2. Enable Transcript & AI Insights Sync

  • Once HubSpot is connected, click on the Settings icon on the HubSpot integration card.

  • Go to the Sync Fields section.

  • Scroll to the bottom.

  • Toggle ON Transcript and AI Insights.

 3. Important: AI Insights Must Be Enabled

  • Please ensure that AI Insights is activated for your FreJun account. If AI Insights is not enabled, transcripts and insights will not sync to HubSpot.

What Gets Synced?

Once enabled:

  • Call transcript details

  • AI-generated call summaries

  • Key insights and highlights (based on AI configuration)
