How to Purchase and Manage Virtual Numbers in FreJun?

As an account Owner or Admin, you can easily buy and manage virtual numbers directly within the product.

1. Go to the Virtual Number tab in your dashboard.

2. Click Add Virtual Number → select country, number type & quantity.

3. If you have an active FreJun license, you can claim one free standard number (based on your billing currency).

4. For extra numbers, review the cost, choose payment (credits or card) and click Purchase/Subscribe.

5. After submission, your request will be automatically notified to the Operations Team.
They will process it shortly and assign the virtual number to your account.

6. For mobile/toll-free numbers or numbers from other countries, contact support@frejun.com.

You can track the status in the Virtual Number section — once the number is activated, its status will update from "In Progress"  to "Active".

Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Virtual Number License:

• Users with an active FreJun license can claim one free standard virtual number based on their billing currency.

• For INR accounts (India): The free number will be an Indian standard virtual number.

• For USD accounts (Global): The free number can be from Canada, USA, (standard virtual number only).

• For mobile or toll-free numbers, or numbers from countries other than those listed above, please contact support@frejun.com for assistance.

• Additional virtual numbers beyond the free entitlement can be purchased directly using credits or card payment within the product.
