This article walks you through how to access the in-call screen, place a caller on hold, and then resume the conversation, along with what the caller hears while they are on hold. Using the Hold option helps you manage multiple tasks or consult with a colleague while maintaining a smooth, professional calling experience. - Open the FreJun Mobile Dialer App Launch the app on your smartphone and initiate or receive a call. - During the Call - Once the call is active, you’ll see the in-call screen with various controls. - Tap the "Hold" Button - Locate and tap the “Hold” button on the call screen. - The caller will be placed on hold, and they will hear hold music or silence depending on your settings. -
