How to Integrate FreJun with Gong?

The FreJun–Gong integration allows you to automatically sync all FreJun calls to Gong for AI-powered conversation intelligence, coaching insights, and analytics.

How to Connect FreJun with Gong

  1. Log in to your FreJun Product account.

  2. Go to Settings → Integrations.

                 

  3. Locate Gong from the list of available integrations and click Connect.

  4. You will be redirected to Gong's authorization page. Log in with your Gong admin credentials.

  5. Review the permissions requested and click Allow to authorize FreJun.

     

  6. Once authorization is complete, you will be redirected back to FreJun. The "Connect" button will change to "Disconnect", indicating the integration is active.

                       

Note: You must have admin privileges in both FreJun and Gong with Technical admin permissions in Gong to set up this integration.
