How do I initiate a call from the mobile application?

FreJun’s mobile dialer allows you to make business calls seamlessly on the go. To get started, follow the detailed steps below:


1. Download and Install the FreJun Dialer

  • Android Users: Visit the Google Play Store, search for "FreJun Dialer", and tap Install.

  • iOS Users: Open the Apple App Store, search for "FreJun Dialer", and tap Get to download and install it.

  • Ensure your mobile device meets the minimum OS requirements for optimal performance.


2. Log Into the App

  • Open the app once installed.

  • Enter your FreJun login credentials (email and password) to sign in.

  • If you face login issues, ensure your credentials are correct or reset your password using the "Forgot Password" option.


3. Access Call Logs

  • After logging in, you’ll land on the Call Logs screen by default.

  • Here, you can view your recent inbound and outbound calls, call durations, and statuses.

  • Tapping on a log entry gives you options to redial, view details, or add notes.


4. Use the Dialer to Make a Call

  • Tap the Dialer icon (usually a phone icon) at the bottom or top navigation bar.

  • In the dial pad screen:

    • Enter the mobile number you want to call.

    • Always include the country code (e.g., +1 for the USA, +91 for India) to ensure successful connection.

  • Tap the Call button to initiate the call using FreJun’s VOIP service.
