How to Generate Call Log Reports in FreJun Within Specific Dates
To create and download a report in FreJun, follow these simple steps:
- Access Call Logs: Navigate to the call logs section in your FreJun account.
- Apply Date Filters: Set the desired date range for your report using the available filters.
- Download the Report: Click on the download button to generate your report.
- Check Your Email: The generated report will be sent to your email inbox.
Important Note:
- Reports for Longer Periods: If you need to download call reports covering more than one month, please contact our chat support for assistance.
