How to download the monthly report of team members?
Log in to Your FreJun Account
- You will be directed to the dashboard showing various insights.
Typical metrics available include:

Total Calls Made/Received
-
Average Call Duration
-
Call Volume by Day/Hour
-
Call Outcome Stats (answered, unanswered, rejected)

Apply Filters for Individual Data

Use filters to narrow down your view by:
- Teams
-
User
- lists
-
Date range
-
- Click on the Download button on the top right.
Your call analytics will be downloaded on the basis of filters applied.
Automate Reports (Optional)

In the Settings tab > Account > Call reports, you can schedule reports to be emailed to super admin or admin on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
