How to download the monthly report of team members?

1. Log in to Your FreJun Admin Dashboard

  • Go to https://frejun.com and sign in using an admin account with analytics access.

  • You will be directed to the dashboard showing various insights.

    Typical metrics available include:

    • Total Calls Made/Received

    • Average Call Duration

    • Call Volume by Day/Hour

    • Call Outcome Stats (answered, unanswered, rejected)

  • Apply Filters for  Individual Data

    • Use filters to narrow down your view by: 

      • Teams
      • User

      • lists
      • Date range

  • Click on the Download button on the top right.

Your call analytics will be downloaded on the basis of filters applied.

Automate Reports (Optional)

  • In the Settings tab > Account > Call reports, you can schedule reports to be emailed to super admin or admin on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
